Life has brought me to Brest many times, but I never had the time to explore and honestly didn’t really know what to do…

Hello! I’m Jo! I’ve spent more than a decade living and travelling in France. I speak fluent French and have worked for most of my career as a writer, with travel writing and photography making up part of my portfolio. An inveterate wanderer who’s lived in five countries and visited over 50 countries, I prioritise deep travel and really getting to know a destination. I’m the one behind all the text and photos on this site, so if you catch any typos or blurry pics, you know who's responsible! ^^"
Bonjour! I’m Gui! Born and bred in France, I’ve lived in multiple French cities and regions and have also spent most of my life travelling extensively in France, first with my family as a child and later as an adult. On my trips with Jo, I supply insider information on destinations and life in France and also offer practical support such as navigation, planning and making sure Jo wakes up in time for check-out.
